Guess who went to the Zoo??
My mom took Kelly to the sb zoo while I was work today. Heard they had a great time. Kelly saw the gorillas and the giraffes. Evidentally tried to jump in the giraffe cage. Doesnt surprise me! She loves dogs and cats ... so interested in animals. This photo is too cute.

Happy 11 month old birthday Kelly!
Here she is w our friends Len and Diana. We saw jazz in the sunken gardens at the courthouse and brought our dinner and wine. We had a blast. Kelly was a doll behaving so well and being so friendly. She loves people and music so this was a great combo for her. Eating outside on the grass is always good for us bc k can get rice everywhere and no one cares. It was a good day. Happy birthday kelly!

I have a new series entitled "the 10 minute creative". This is where I will timebox myself to create something, anything daily and post it here. Pls check back rverday and hold me too it!
Found this cool app on iPhone called sketches. It's so cool. You can literally make doodles with your fingers. Love this. Definitely recommend it.

The two have gotten to spend some good quality time together this summer since were doing momentum for life together. We three went for a power walk tonight at the beach. Too fun.

Aloha here we come
Time has been flying by around her. Kelly is 10 1/2 months old. Almost 1 year old!!!!!!!! How is that possible. With work, it just feels like times is flying. But I like it. Our world is busy and exciting and lots going on. Kelly is a joy to me and John and we are enjoying this time SOOOOOOOO MUCH! She's so "talkative" and crawls all over our house. There are toy stations everywhere, books everywhere, letter magnets on the fridge, all so she has places to go and things to do all over the house. These are really good times!
